Minimum Software Requirements
- PI SDK 1.4.0.416 or later

Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the applicable operating systems are supported; however, PI Manual Logger Windows runs as a 32-bit application
Note: All users connecting to the same Manual Logger database must be running the same version of PI Manual Logger Windows.
Mobile Requirements for PI Manual Logger Mobile
Minimum Software Requirements
Note: All PI Manual Logger Mobile users must run the same version as the PI Manual Logger Windows version.
Supported Operating Systems (32-bit only)
- Microsoft Windows Mobile for Pocket PC 2003
- Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition for Pocket PC
- Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 for Pocket PC
- Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0, 6.1, and 6.5 Professional or Classic
- Microsoft Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5
- Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8
Notes:
- Windows Mobile Standard and Windows CE are not supported.
- Only English OS versions of devices are supported.
- Some devices may need to be unlocked by the manufacturer before PI Manual Logger can be installed.
Supported Scanning Devices
- Integrated barcode scanning on selected Symbol devices.
- Scanning devices such as Barcode, RFID, and Magnetic Stripe Reader, on selected handheld devices which provide software that directs scanned data to Manual Logger as input text (e.g. Symbol DataWedge and Intermec SmartWedge). Please contact your device manufacturer to obtain this software.
