Remote Support Options

OSIsoft can remotely access your computer to assist in troubleshooting issues directly.

The following methods are available:
  • Bomgar Interactive Remote Session (Recommended)
  • WebEx Interactive Session

Bomgar

This is the safest and most efficient way for an OSIsoft Support Engineer to run a remote support session on your computer. Bomgar can run as an interactive session that gives the support representative control of your computer with your permission. To start a session, simply point your web browser to the Support Portal and follow the instructions given by the Technical Support Engineer.

WebEx

Like Bomgar, WebEx enables an OSIsoft Support Engineer to remotely connect to your computer via the web with your permission. Usually, a Tech Support engineer will email you a link that will allow you join a session. However, you can also visit this page and follow the instructions given by the Technical Support Engineer to run a remote support session.
