DynamicTime Object

    Example     Properties     Methods

The DynamicTime object is used to store a time representation that can change each time one of its output properties or methods is accessed. The object is set with the InputString and  ReferenceTime properties that describe the desired output.

Although it is derived from PITimeFormat, many of the Read/Write properties of that object are Read-Only in this object as it is not intended to be set from other formats but will supply its notion of time in those formats.

This object is tied to both a particular time zone and to a time source (Clock Source). By default the local box is used for the time zone and time source. The InputString also defaults to "*" if not set.

This object supports the IPIPersist interface.

This object is independently creatable.
