UTCFileTime is a Read/Write property that exposes the time stored in the PITime object as a UTC time expressed in the Win32 FileTime format.
The object placeholder is an object expression that evaluates to a PITime object.
The FILETIME structure is a 64-bit value representing the number of 100-nanosecond intervals since January 1, 1601. For automation compatibility, the UTCFileTime property is passed as CURRENCY. The CURRENCY structure is also a 64-bit value.
When displaying this property in Visual Basic as a string, the value is scaled by 10000 to milliseconds. This automatic scaling by Visual Basic is symmetric when getting and setting the UTCFileTime property.
