UTCSeconds is a Read/Write property that exposes the time stored in the PITime object as a UTC time expressed as a double representing the number of seconds since 1970 UTC.
The object placeholder is an object expression that evaluates to a PITime object.
UTCSeconds is the default property of the object so you can do math on a PITime object by simply adding floating-point seconds to an object pointer in VB. This is the same representation as returned by the ANSI function time(), though that function only returns an integral number of seconds while the PITime object can express fractional seconds.
